We collect the information you submit through the Fix8 beta application form to manage beta interest, understand whether Fix8 is a good fit for your training context, contact you about beta participation, and share product updates. Providing this information is voluntary; you may request removal at any time.

What we collect

• Name
• Email address
• Role, such as athlete, coach, athlete and coach, or organisation
• Training focus
• Phone operating system, either iOS or Android
• Your written response about what you would like Fix8 to help with
• Confirmation that you can test Fix8 during real training and agree to this Privacy Policy

How we use it

• Beta application review, waitlist management, and onboarding
• Selecting suitable testers for early Fix8 access
• Sending product updates, beta invites, and follow-up questions
• Operational notices about Fix8

Storage & security

Data is stored in Supabase with access restricted to the Fix8 team. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Your choices

You can opt out or request deletion by contacting us. Unsubscribing from emails will remove you from outreach, but we may retain minimal records to honor your preferences.
