We collect the information you submit through the Fix8 early access form to understand your training context, invite suitable testers to new features, contact you about product research, and share product updates. Providing this information is voluntary; you may request removal at any time.

What we collect

• Name
• Email address
• Role, such as athlete, coach, athlete and coach, or organisation
• Training focus
• Phone operating system, either iOS or Android
• Your written response about what you would like Fix8 to help with
• Confirmation that you can test new Fix8 features during real training and agree to this Privacy Policy

How we use it

• Early access review, feature testing, and onboarding
• Selecting suitable testers for new Fix8 features
• Sending product updates, early access invites, and follow-up questions
• Operational notices about Fix8

Storage & security

Data is stored in Supabase with access restricted to the Fix8 team. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Your choices

You can opt out or request deletion by contacting us. Unsubscribing from emails will remove you from outreach, but we may retain minimal records to honor your preferences.
