Common questions
- Reset your password. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password. You'll receive an email with a reset link — open it on the device where you have Fix8 installed.
- Delete your account. In the Fix8 app, go to Settings, tap your name, then Delete Account. Your account is scheduled for deletion 30 days later. Sign back in within that window if you want to cancel the deletion. If you cannot access the app or need deletion assistance, see our data deletion request page.
- Camera or microphone not working. On iOS: open Settings → Fix8 and enable Camera and Microphone. On Android: Settings → Apps → Fix8 → Permissions and enable Camera and Microphone.
- Saved videos missing from your photo library. Make sure you granted Photos / Media access. iOS: Settings → Fix8 → Photos. Android 13 and newer: Settings → Apps → Fix8 → Permissions → Photos and videos.
- Calibration won't complete. Find a well-lit space, stand facing the camera with your full body in frame, and follow the on-screen prompts. Bright backlight or partial framing are the most common causes.

- Fix8 app version (visible in Settings)
- What you were doing when the issue happened
- A screenshot or screen recording if you can capture one
