Request data deletion

Email support if you want Fix8 to delete your personal data or help with account deletion.

To request deletion of your personal data, email support@fix8.app.

Before you send your request

• Email us from the address attached to your Fix8 account where possible.
• Use the subject line Data deletion request.
• Include any details that will help us identify your account if you can no longer access the app.

If you still have access to the app, you can also use the in-app deletion flow in Settings.
